Since 1995, I’ve been helping people in their journey of living well. I am a doctor of physical therapy (PT, DPT), athletic trainer (ATC, LAT), professional yoga therapist (PYT), board certified in Lifestyle Medicine (DipACLM), and a longtime teacher.

I offer telehealth and consults for yoga teachers, fellow therapists & doctors, and anyone wanting better self-care through a holistic lens, which includes patient care for tough to treat women’s health & orthopedic issues, like hip labral injury and impingement, via integrative physical therapy.
