A little about me…
I’ve been using yoga in healthcare since 1992, when I was a personal trainer studying sports medicine and athletic training. I am a doctor of physical therapy (PT, DPT), athletic trainer (ATC, LAT), board certified in Lifestyle Medicine (DipACLM), founder of Living Well Institute, creator of first therapeutic yoga certification for medical pros worldwide, longtime international teacher & speaker on using yoga & Lifestyle Medicine in healthcare, and the author of Medical Therapeutic Yoga.

I offer telehealth and consults for yoga teachers, fellow therapists & doctors, and anyone wanting better self-care through a holistic lens, which includes patient care for tough to treat women’s health & orthopedic issues, like hip labral injury and impingement, via integrative physical therapy. As an integrative PT I use both Integrative & Lifestyle Medicine, which makes physical therapy care more effective and comprehensive.
